WOS is a non-profit ethnic-based firm focused on a social
mission while providing significant returns to its partners
and participants. We represent a technology enterprise
employing inner-city’s and those traditionally labeled as
‘underserved populations’. WOS forms strategic relationships
with corporations, higher education, social-ventures and
government agencies for training and jobs.
With its initial implementation successfully underway in New York City, WOS
is committed to mapping the strategy for expansion and to replicate in other
inner-cities across the country. In an effort to build the operating components of
the program, WOS requires management staffing, and accessible physical presence
for program participants to perform their work and support for marketing-
communications. From inception to launch, these services have been performed
and paid for primarily by WOS Founder, Dr. Art Langer.
Our products and services includes, Software Engineering -- Technical Specifications and Quality Assurance, Project Management, Database Design, Network Administration Web Design, Identity and Branding services, Content management (maintenance), E-Commerce Systems, Interactive video and web casting, Application Service Provider (ASP) and Hosting Services. Workers at WOS can receive extensive training in all of the above areas through concentrations at the Columbia program. Columbia has been certifying successful and diverse populations for over 20 years and has a commitment to the surrounding populations. Furthermore, WOS can replicate the alliances throughout the US. |
