Yolanda Cummings joined WOS in September 2011, and provides customer service and claims support for Prudential. A graduate of Woodward Senior (Cincinnati, OH) High School, Yolanda earned her bachelor's degree from Ashford University (Clinton, IA) in 2008 and her master's of arts in education and administration from Trident University (Cypress, CA) in 2010. She earned her certificate from University of North Florida in April 2012. Yolanda currently serves in the U.S. Navy Reserves as a logistic specialist at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. Outside of work and school, she enjoys reading, writing, good movies, listening to music and shopping.
