The overall mission of Workforce Outsource Services (WOS) is to provide outsource IT services from a US-based corporation. WOS will distinguish itself as a unique company in that it will hire, formally educate, and train low-income ethnic employees from local communities. Furthermore, WOS will provide "ladders of ascent" to its minority employees, by creating growth into management and ownership of the business. WOS will employ low-income and unemployed workers throughout the continental US by opening satellite offices in key inner-city minority communities. It will compete against the trend of outsourced jobs that have been sent abroad.

WOS will compete based on the following key unique identities:

Outstanding products and services
Key partnerships with local colleges and universities, public television, local community organizations, and Local, State, and Federal organizations.
Special relationships with key corporations who have community- related initiatives and responsibilities.

Thus, WOS will be an ethnic-based firm focused on a social mission while providing significant returns to its clients.
