The Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS) Talent Acquisition Pipeline program in Detroit, MI, is a collaboration between WOS, the University of Michigan – Dearborn and General Electric Capital. Our partnership with the University of Michigan – Dearborn offers an intensive 34-week training program that is delivered in three semesters to ensure our students have the tools and foundation to succeed in a corporate environment.

Upon graduation from the program, students will receive a certificate from the University of Michigan – Dearborn. The collaboration with the University of Michigan – Dearborn perfectly aligns their mission of providing quality programs in an environment integrated through continuing professional education and corporate partnerships with WOS’ mission of providing educational and career opportunities for our students from underserved populations.
