To address Alight’s talent needs, WOS recruited twelve post-9/11 veterans who are currently completing the educational component of the program. WOS, alongside its academic partner McHenry County College, has developed a tailored 8-week curriculum to cultivate participants’ hard-and soft-skills. Participants training for the information security roles will also receive training from EC-Council for their EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA) and Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) Certifications; those pursuing the project management track will go on to gain their Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate.
