Beatrice Leon joined WOS in February 2011 to develop partnerships with corporations, in addition to mentoring and teaching students and consultants.

She served as Chief Information Officer for Pernod Ricard Americas, a worldwide leader in wines and spirits (brands included Chivas and Absolut). While at Pernod Ricard, she oversaw the successful integration of Seagram, Allied Domecq and Absolut. She centralized the data center for the Americas and redefined the company's IT strategy to support current and future business.

Prior to Pernod Ricard, Beatrice served in IT management roles in the US at DMC Inc. and Fromageries Bel. For the past six years, she has mentored students in the Executive Masters of IT Management program at Columbia University. Beatrice earned a Master in Economics and Econometrics from the French Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University
