End to End service:

WOS provides a Program Manager to act as a single point of contact for your company as well as an individual mentor for the program participants. The program manager is instrumental in the recruitment and selection of the program participants and leads the entire process. The program manager acts as a liaison for the program participants and also the participants’ direct supervisor to deal with any issues that may arise. As an individual mentor to the program participants, the program manager focuses on three main areas:

  • Academic Journey
  • Professional Development
  • Life support

During the program participant’s academic journey, WOS works with the participants to further their education by taking advantage of the comprehensive education scholarship WOS provides. When it comes to professional development, WOS works with the participants and their direct supervisor to identify and remove any professional barriers to success such as gaps in technical skills or additional interpersonal skills training. The most important of the three is the life support WOS provides. WOS works with the participants to identify and remove any personal barriers to success such as transportation, childcare, financial issues, etc.

Cost:

If you are serious about diversifying your workforce and are in the need of an early career employee, let WOS provide that resource. When you add up the first-year cost of a new employee including salary, fringe, hiring, and training, you’re investing a significant amount of money. Spend that money a better way.

Our program cost will be less than what you are currently paying to fill that role.

If you are already in the market to find talent, not only can you rely on the WOS Framework to find, train, and employ good talent, but good diverse talent.
