Natalia joined WOS in June 2011 and focuses on finding talented recent college graduates and military veterans with concentrations in business and technology to pair them with the most success employment opportunity available through our Corporate Sponsors.
The job market for young people is difficult. For young professionals from underserved communities, the obstacles are even greater. They have the talent, motivation and necessary skill sets, but too often lack the networks and connections critical to “getting in the door”. Her goal is to find career-oriented job opportunities for these talented individuals. The social value of unleashing these highly motivated professionals into the workforce is immense.
Natalia has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College of the City University of New York.
