Transforming the workforce by unlocking the hidden talent of the underserved
Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS) employs qualified academic and professional researchers, allowing us to provide our clients with the best practices for recruiting and retaining talent. We have collaborated with major research universities such as the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, Harvard University, Georgetown University, Morehouse College, and Penn State University on various projects.
Assimilation of Talent
WOS can train a team to meet your organization’s workforce needs by means of a premier program based on founder’s research at Columbia University.
We can create a tailored program framework developed to address our partner’s needs and goals, with a talent pipeline sourced from a multi-pronged recruitment and vetting process.
The Academic Program
The academic program is extremely focused. Once the core skill needs are determined that match up with the company’s resource needs, WOS designs a program to teach those skill sets. The curriculum is broken out into three main sections linked to semesters:
- Introductory Courses
- Intermediate Courses
- Advanced/Applied Courses
These match up with the three phases the students go through within the program:
- Academic Exposure
- Corporate Integration
- Corporate Growth (building a portfolio of accomplishments within the organization)
WOS also advises executives including board members and senior C-level leaders. Organizations have access to our knowledge databases and research results.
