The Associate Director Program Management & Growth Operations is responsible for managing and supporting Client Service Managers (CSM) in performing their duties by ensuring program milestones, benchmarks, and administrative functions are met. The Associate Director Client Services is also a key part of building relationships within accounts, setting high level strategy, and helping drive growth. A successful candidate will have business acumen, project management experience, and the ability to build high functioning teams, grow relationships with corporate partners, and drive development.


  • Overseeing end-to-end program management solutions in service of the mission and vision of Workforce Opportunity Services.
  • Responsible for ensuring CSMs are meeting job responsibility standards and program objects as outlined in the CSM handbook.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and managers at partner companies and contacts at our education partners.
  • Work with CSMs to ensure performance and development benchmarks are met.
  • Liaise with other WOS stakeholders (Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure key administrative deliverables are completed in a timely and effective manner including, but not limited to, on-boarding documentation, weekly payroll reconciliation, consultant case files and other compliance documentation.
  • Work with CSMs to develop performance plans for consultants in need to enable their continued participation in the program.
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives and execute plans to generate continued and sustained growth at assigned partner companies.
  • Working collaboratively with the VP of Client Services to define specific and measurable growth objectives and account tactics that will mutually drive results with top down and bottom up account penetration.
  • Work with senior leadership to set high level strategy to enhance current WOS processes for delivery of programs.
  • Monitor account growth performance, analyzing performance data and metrics, and periodical forecasting allowing development team to meet growth expectations.
  • Participate in the development and execution of short and long-range plans in support of national accounts providing insight around decision-making processes and contacts.
  • Ensure timely completion of financial and other performance tracking reports as requested.
  • Develop and present quarterly business reviews with leadership.
  • Lead teams to meet/exceed sales objectives including sales growth and profitability targets in assigned.
  • Evaluate strategic pricing proposals for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze customer and WOS objectives to ensure mutual achievement of respective contract and business objectives.
  • Coach and develop assigned CSMs on business acumen, account penetration and account planning.
  • Staying abreast of industry and competitive activities and updates account plans appropriately. Participate in sales meetings, conferences, seminars and other activities on an as-needed basis.
  • Develop and present quarterly business reviews with leadership.
  • Lead other ad hoc projects, as needed.


  • Required
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 4+ years of experience working with client’s Vice President level executives and above
    • 7+ years leadership experience with a demonstrated record of building accounts, leading high-performance teams, and managing complex multi-functional projects
    • Demonstrated ability planning and executing strategic plans
    • Demonstrated financial and analytical skills
    • Demonstrated ability growing accounts and meeting delivery objectives
    • Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated relationship management experience
    • A desire to enact transformative change in people's lives
  • Preferred
    • Background in creating new partnerships and building relationships within corporations
    • Able to work well within a fast-paced environment, and have a proven ability to manage sales responsibilities.
    • Computer literacy including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Applicant Stack
    • Ability to develop solid and long-standing relationships with partners is extremely important.
