IT Mobile Support Technician

  • Available to work full-time (with some on-call and weekend hours in order to meet project deadlines)

  • Work with CX Cloud project and sales teams to submit client device orders
  • Configures tablet settings and installation of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Software
  • Create new applications and polices in Mobile Device Management (MDM) Software
  • Install device applications and operating system updates
  • Maintain inventory of end user hardware and software configuration
  • Manage remote installation of new kiosk solutions
  • First level of support troubleshooting client issues, and reassignment to proper individual as necessary
  • Document steps taken to resolve production issues
  • Monitor production logs & data for active clients (ensure stability with data submission, battery life, WiFi signal strength, and network timeouts)
  • Manage all configuration settings for iOS and Android MDM policies
  • Work with Hexnode support on feature requests to support implementation needs
  • Evaluate alternative tools, devices, and APIs for scalability of current Mobile Device Management software
  • Remote and local quality assurance testing to ensure compatibility with new CX Cloud releases
  • Liaison between teams to support new and existing client needs.


  • BA or BS degree in a technology related field
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software and system integration preferred
  • Experience with Android and iOS mobile applications
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and insure completion


  • Full-Time hours (with some on-call and weekend hours in order to meet project deadlines)


  • $20.00/Hour (Plus Benefits)
