IT Project Coordinator

This is a consultancy role with the potential to hire. Our partner is the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer. With operations world wide, they provide commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance and life insurance to a diverse group of clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Post 9/11 Veteran with an Honorable discharge, OR currently serving in the National Guard/Reserve
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work full-time

Overall Position Description:

Coordinate and manage various Project Management processes which include: reporting Key Performance Indicators, audits, participates in the maintenance of the application repositories. Prepare and assist in developing Power Point presentations and other communications.

The successful candidate will:

  • Collect monthly data for various Key Performance Indicators 
  • Assist with the upkeep of applications and technologies
  • Be responsible for development and deliverance of high level reporting using various forms of communication (including verbal, written and Power Point)

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to translate business and technology needs into solutions
  • Strong analytical ability and judgment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter who demonstrates a high level of productivity
  • Comfortable with following up on deliverables from teammates and co-workers


  • Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)


  • $22.00/Hour (Plus Benefits)
