Program Coordinator

Job Overview:

The Program Coordinator will provide support to the WOS/United Rentals Service To Employment Program (STEP). Additional duties may also be assigned. This individual must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Technological and computer skills and interpersonal skills are vital to the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with providing end-to-end program management solutions in service of the WOS mission and vision
  • Liaise with other WOS stakeholders (Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure key administrative deliverables are completed in a timely and effective manner including, but not limited to:
    • On-boarding documentation
    • Weekly payroll reconciliation
    • Associate personnel records
    • Other compliance documentation
  • Support program recruitment to ensure it is meeting target goals
  • Review and make recommendations to enhance current WOS processes for delivery of programs
  • Maintain confidentiality and use tact and discretion when dealing with team tasks and responsibilities
  • Independently answer routine matters, referring to others, as appropriate
  • Attend meetings, capture meeting minutes, and assure proper distribution
  • Schedule appointments and arrange meetings
  • Support and maintain company policies
  • Prepare financial and other performance related reports, as requested
  • Additional ad hoc projects, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree a plus)
  • Two, or more, years of experience as a Program Coordinator
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality of information including Personally Identifiable Information, financial information, and other related information
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to move from one task to another effectively
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize time and duties efficiently
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Able to work with limited supervision
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures

Duration:

  • Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
