Candidate Profile:

  • Post 9/11 Veteran-honorably discharged, OR current National Guard / Reservist
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Availability to work full-time

Overall Position Description:

The growth of consumer grade customer experience technologies for employees to leverage is growing. Within the IT End User Services organization, support for employees and their daily IT needs requires adaptability. For the last several years, consistent innovations ahead of the curve are resulting in opportunities to develop new service offerings for the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Customer Experience growth
  • Assist in Intelligent Automation offerings
  • Assist in the expansion of out of the box virtual agent / chatbot platforms
  • Assist in various Customer Experience technologies
  • Serve as Project Analyst while performing additional duties, as needed

Qualifications (required):

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT related field of study (i.e. Comp Sci, Mgmt. Info Systems, Information Science, etc.) OR previous IT working experience (i.e. help desk)
  • Knowledge of chatbots and how they operate
  • Strong interpersonal skills; experience interacting and forming relationships with customers (business relationship management)
  • Basic reporting skills and/or direct experience with BI platforms; ability to perform research and present findings
  • Ability to capture and reflect user stories
  • Understanding of project management responsibilities

Qualifications (desired):

  • Ability to quickly learn different IT technologies; passion for IT
  • Organizational change management (OCM) experience
  • Understanding of knowledge management and crafting technical documentations
  • Experience in IT customer service
  • Ability to craft training materials and perform training activities
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) platforms and concepts

  • Full Time

Salary

  • $20.50/Hour (Plus Benefits)
