Candidate Profile:

  • Post 9/11 Veteran with an Honorable discharge, OR
  • Currently serving in the National Guard or Reserve
  • Highly motivated and ready to make a fundamental change in your life

  • Knows how to be a team player

Job Summary:

The Quality & Compliance Analyst will support quality, regulatory, and compliance improvement initiatives, projects, and remediation activities. Assists in cross-site data collection, analysis, and/or reporting as assigned.


  • Periodic Document Review Process
    • Weekly report management
    • 1:1 sessions as needed with document owners
    • Participate in weekly phone owner help sessions
    • Sharepoint usage
  • Quality System Document reviews and release documents with minor updates for use
  • Track/report all authorized documents to ensure training is set up
    • Will require working with document owners and training team
  • Management/Metrics Review reporting for Document Management team
  • Document Management system upgrade participation
    • System Testing and misc. project help
  • Uploading of Quality Records into the Document Management System

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High School graduate or equivalent (GED)
    • BS or Higher degree is preferred
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (focus on Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Must have strong Critical Thinking ability
  • An understanding of regulatory compliance and FDA requirements are not required, but favorable
  • Experience working on system upgrade projects is also favorable


  • Full Time (M-F)


  • $20.50/Hour (Plus benefits)
