Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator (Remote)

Job Overview:

Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS) is looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be using your attention to detail and your passion for customer service to provide administrative and operational support to out Talent Acquisition Team. You will be an integral part of making the recruiting, interviewing and selection process a positive experience for both the TA Team and the candidate. You will support key projects by coordinating schedules and events among a variety of people both internal and external to WOS, and by making sure that everyone you interact with has confidence that, if they have any questions, you will be able to team with others to provide them the information they need, when they need it.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist TA team with sourcing top talent
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing administrative support to the TA Team by ensuring hiring managers and candidates have timely information throughout the process and ensuring key recruiting process steps are followed in a timely manner
  • Monitor the applicant tracking system and provide candidate management support to ensure quality data is maintained and compliance requirements are met
  • Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Collect and assess post-interview debriefs and/or feedback. Provide friendly & reliable feedback to candidates and clients
  • Prepare and send correspondence to candidates during the recruitment process
  • Assist in conducting candidate assessments
  • Assist in creating status update reports for hiring managers and senior staff
  • Initiate background checks, drug testing and onboarding documentation
  • Work closely with other HR team members to constantly refine hiring process
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the TA Team

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (College Degree preferred)
  • 1-4 years professional work experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their own work efficiently
  • Strong MS Office skills and proficient with various calendar tools
  • Fast learner, self-starter and very proactive
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • High energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer service mindset
  • Excellent people skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Desire to learn more about recruiting and human resources
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, fast-paced, patient and have extraordinary tolerance for change
  • Ability to think on feet
