Veteran Bradford Bady builds new career in Jackson with help from nonprofit

Recently, WOS was featured in the Jackson Sun, highlighting a recent consultants transition to a United Rentals facility in Jackson, Tennessee.  The article highlights Brad Bady's transition to civilian life with the help of WOS and United Rentals, through the Service to Employment Program. "I also feel a deep kinship with the young people and veterans we train and place," Langer said in a statement. "Their pathway to success is nontraditional, as was my own career trajectory."

Langer noted that helping veterans develop their skills is especially gratifying for him.

"Working with the veteran population is our way of paying it forward and thanking them for their service and commitment to protecting our freedoms," he stated. "We immediately see the positive impact of our programs on the veterans we serve, both professionally and personally. We're grateful for our deep partnership with companies, such as United Rentals, because without them none of our work would be possible."
