	Lyron Andrews is the Regional Vice President, Technology Client Relations and has been involved in technology for over 20 years when he sold the first releases of the 8086 IBM PC. Over the past 15 years he has worked as a network manager at the Department of Education in New York City and director of IT at BMG. Eight years ago he decided to give a practical turn to IT training and he began working evenings as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and at Columbia University as a technology instructor. For the past 2 ½ years he spent most of his time working as a consultant to (ISC)2 teaching both private industry and the US military in best information security practices and working as an instructor to instructors. This work has taken him to countries that include Amsterdam, Bulgaria, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Riyadh, Singapore, Taiwan, Trinidad and the UK.
	Vincent Fiore is a graduate of Columbia University's Systems Analysis and Software Engineering Certification Program and has been an instructor at Columbia University for the past seven years. He is the account executive for Prudential and a coordinator and instructor of the program at Rutgers in Newark.
	Wayne Howie is a graduate of Columbia University's Systems Analysis and Software Engineering Certification Program. Wayne has overall responsibilities for operating multiple help desk operations for Thirteen / WNET, Museum of Modern Art and Safe Horizon.



Staff
	Derrick J. Brown-Smith is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. He is a graduate of Malcolm X Shabazz High School in Newark NJ, specializing in computer repair, video and video editing. He is a recent graduate of Columbia University's SLICE program where he completed his certification in Applications and Software Development. He is also the volunteer webmaster for Minority Interchange a not-for-profit corporation.
	Gillian Griffiths is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. In 2004 she graduated from Gibbs College with an Associate in Computer Network Administration. Gillian has a BBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a graduate of Columbia University's SLICE program where she completed her certification in Applications and Software Development.
	Justin Pinho graduated from East Side High School in Newark NJ, specializing in A+ Computer Repairs and HP Printer Repairs. He is an award-winning short movie director and is heavily involved in volunteering his time back at his high school as well as working with Columbia to identify future prospects for the program from his high school. He is a recent graduate of Columbia University's SLICE program where he completed his certification in Applications and Software Development.
	Carlos Ribota is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. He graduated from Per Scholas' A+ Certification program where he earned his A+ and his Network+ Certifications, specializing in computer repair, software troubleshooting and network configuration. He is a recent graduate of Columbia Uiversity's SLICE program where he completed his certification in Applications and Software Development.
	Raymond Matos graduated from New York City College of Technology with an Associate in Applied Science Degree and a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Computer Systems, specializing in Web Design, Local Area Networking, and Database Administration. Also, he is A+ certified in Computer Repair. Currently, he works at Channel Thirteen as a Helpdesk Technician to assist the company's users with any computer hardware or software related problems they may encounter.
	Alex Caamaño is a high school graduate from Independence High School and is now a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. He is currently working at Thirteens Helpdesk dealing with user, hardware, and software issues. He recently graduated the SLICE program, learning skills such as HTML, Analysis & Design, and Java.
	David Vergara is currently supporting Lotus Notes Applications for the Life Insurance Business Unit at Prudential. He is also a volunteer music teacher/counselor at the Second Baptist Church in Union City. In 2007, he graduated from Gibbs College with an Associates in Computer Network Operations and Security and is a recent graduate of Columbia University's SLICE program where he completed his certification in Applications and Software Development.
	Esteban Herrera is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services at Prudential. He Will be attending classes at Rutgers University in the fall of 2008 as an Information Systems major. Esteban acquired an Associates in Applied Science in Computer Network Operations and Security from Gibbs College in 2007. He has solid experience working as an IT Specialist in a computer network environment and as a Help Desk Analyst troubleshooting software related issues. He will graduate in August of 2008 from Columbia University's SLICE program with a certification in Applications and Software Development.
	Sean Teixeira is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. In 2006 graduated from East Side High School in Newark, New Jersey, with hopes of becoming a video editor or director. While attending high school he learned photography, video editing and music editing, directing. He recently graduated the SLICE program, learning skills such as HTML, SQL, and Java. He is currently working at Prudential Financial maintaining servers that process bank statements and insurance claims.
	Juan Dominguez is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. In 2007 he graduated from Gibbs College with an Associate in Computer Network Administration. He is a recent graduate of Columbia University's SLICE program where he completed his certification in Applications and Software Development. Currently he working at Prudential dealing with BlackBerry and associated applications for the BlackBerry.
	Kavan Patel is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. In 2008 he graduated from Gibbs College with an Associate in Computer Network Operations and Security. He is a graduate of Columbia University's SLICE program where he completed his certification in Applications and Software Development. Currently he works at Prudential working with Wikis around Service Oriented Architecture.
	Selam Abebe is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. Currently she is working in Prudential as part of Project Management Team. She graduated from Technical Career Institute (TCI) with an Associate in Applied Science specializing in Digital Media Arts Technology. She is a graduate of Columbia University's SLICE program where she completed her certification in Applications and Software Development.
	Adela Frias is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ. In June of 2008 she graduated from Technology High School in Newark, New Jersey, with the experience of three years of Office System Technology, and a certification as Specialist in Microsoft Word. She is currently in Rutgers University SOAR program and is pursuing to graduate with a certification in Applications and Software Development in March 2008.
	Rahmy Rofail Graduated from East High School in 2007, He has experience with computers for two years, and he is currently learning PERL and XSS. He is also learning how to protect networks and preventing harmful exploits of all kind. He is currently attending the SOAR program at Rutgers University learning JAVA and MYSQL. He is a consultant for Work Force Outsource services employed at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield.
	Melvin Díaz is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Newark, New Jersey. In 2004 he came form Honduras to the United States of America, He learned English in less than a year. By 2006 he graduated from Elizabeth High School, New Jersey. On July 2006 He started to attend Gibbs College where he acquired an Associated in applied Science in “Computer Networking Operations and Security” on December 2007. In March 2008 he will be graduating from Rutgers University SOAR program with a certification in “Applications and Software Development”.
	Dana Price is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. In 2008 he will have graduated from Gibbs College with an Associate in Applied Science degree under the Computer Networking Operations and Security program. He is a graduate of Orange High School and future graduate of Rutger's University's S.O.A.R program where he will have completed his certification in Applications and Software Development. Currently he works at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey in Newark.
	Anibal Alcantara is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. In 2008 he graduated from Technology High School in Newark NJ. Currently he is studying at Rutgers University with the SOAR program learning things like Java and Html.
	Kevin Najera is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Service. Currently he is working in Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield New Jersey as part of the SDG T&R Quality Assurance Team. Kevin acquired an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Network Operations and Security from Gibbs College in 2008. He is part of the SOAR program and he is attending to class at Rutgers Newark, learning skills such as XHTML, Analysis & Design, My SQL and Java.
	Andre Lopes graduated from East Side High School in Newark NJ. He won seven awards for short files through out his years in high school, making him an award-winning short file director. As a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services he is currently working at BlueCross BlueShield for Quality Assurance. He is part of the SOAR program at Rutgers Newark taking class such as Analysis & Design, xHTML, MySQL, and Java.
	Miriam Rodas is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. Currently she is working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of N.J as part of SDG T&R. She graduated from Technology High School with a certificate on C.A.D (Computer Aided Drafting). She is a current student of Rutgers University's SOAR program where she is completing her certification in Applications and Software Development.
	Christian Narvaez is consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. He graduated from Technology High School in 2008, located in Newark, NJ. He currently works at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield working on various aspects of projects. He also attended the S.O.A.R. Program in Rutgers Newark, specializing in skills such as Java, HTML, and Analysis & Design.
	Anthony Hernandez is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services specializing in Analysis & design, Html. He is a current student at Kean University and takes courses at Rutgers University. He arrived in the U.S.A in 2005 and today he is currently a consultant for the largest health care provider of New Jersey Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield in the Q.A department. He is bilingual and studies Italian and is Microsoft certified. Anthony has hopes of one day opening his own franchise and is acquiring professional writing and communication skills from the program at Rutgers University.
	Richard Ramsahai is a graduate from Technology High School in Newark NJ, and is currently interning and specializing in the field of SMS engineering at Medco Health Solutions in Franklin Lakes NJ. He is currently taking courses in the SOAR program, learning skills such as HTML, SQL, and Java. This young man is very dedicated and takes his job seriously.
	Danny Goncalves is a graduate from Technology High and specialized in Cisco systems and Networking. He was approached by Art Langer while still in school and decided to embark on a new journey in the IT field as a career. He is now a consultant to WOS working at Medco in Franklin Lakes. He works with the MFS-POS (Main Frame Systems-Point of Service) group as an EGL developer.
	Tatiana Pena is a consultant for Workforce Outsource and attends the SOAR Program at Rutgers University Newark. She previously worked full time in hospitality services and was introduced to IT training through the above program. She is currently working at Medco Health Solutions at Franklin Lakes where she supports dashboard modifications and acquired HTML and CSS skills. She also handles SELENIUM / SELENIUM IDE - a software tool used to automate web applications testing.
	Jennilee Negron is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. In 2008 she graduated from Technology High School with a certificate from Cisco. She is currently working at Medco. Along with working, she is a participant of the SOAR program hosted at Rutgers State University.
	Santina Racadio is a graduate from Technology High school Newark, NJ and specialized in Web design and Multimedia Applications. She is a consultant at Medco Healthcare Solutions and fully sponsored by Workforce Outsource Services. Working at the IT department of Medco she deals with the Business-To-Consumer (B2C) team for the company's online pharmacies.
	Pedro Da Fonseca graduated from Technology High School in Newark, NJ and specialized in Cisco Networking and A+ Computer Repair and earning a CCNA 1 and IT Essentials certificate from Cisco. Pedro is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services at Medco. He is currently enrolled in the SOAR program at Rutgers completing a certificate in Software development.
	Yaritza Rivera Is a former graduate of Technology High School - year 2008. During her high school years she studied Computer Aided Drafting and Design (C.A.D.D). In Technology she met Dr. A. Langer who introduced her to the SOAR Program during her senior year. She attended pre-certification classes in Prudential, which led her to becoming a part of the program. She is currently taking courses in Rutgers University in Newark, N.J. She has successfully passed Analysis and Database Design and HTML in the first semester. She is continuing her second semester attending Introduction to JAVA and My SQL. By accomplishing the first semester she has become a worker of Workforce Outsource Solutions (W.O.S), and became a consultant of Medco Health Solutions early July 2008 and is involved in Information Technology (I.T).
	Leandro Bergamasco is a consultant for Workforce Outsource Services. As a graduate of Technology High School, he is certified for Cisco Networking, A+ and Web Designing. He has a lot of knowledge in the IT field, and has years of experience troubleshooting computer and network problems. As of right now, Leandro is stationed in Medco as an application development/consultant working on the modernization of applications from legacy languages to EGL.
