Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS), a leading non-profit organization connecting individuals from underserved populations with transformative career opportunities, is hosting another free series - Unleash your Inner Makeup Artist. WOS is excited to be bringing back a popular presenter, Lisa Leveridge from the Make-Up Designory (MUD). Makeup is a powerful form of self-expression and confidence-building. Throughout this series, Lisa will provide hands-on demonstrations and personal guidance.

This virtual workshop series is a safe and inclusive space, embracing diversity and celebrating beauty in all its forms. Whether you're a complete beginner or already have some makeup experience, we encourage you to explore, experiment and embrace this opportunity to awaken your creativity!

Each session is designed for individuals of ALL AGES and is aimed at expanding their horizon in the arts.

Lisa will lead us on a four-week journey, starting with lessons on makeup for deep skin tones, working with an airbrush, face painting basics, and lastly, she will give us some tricks and tips on how to be camera ready with some red carpet makeup looks.

This experience is designed to stimulate creativity.

• Wednesday, September 13: Airbrush Beauty Makeup - Airbrush makeup is a cutting-edge and highly sought after technique that achieves a flawless, natural looking finish.
• Wednesday, September 20: Face Painting Basics - Face painting allows you to transform faces into whimsical characters, creatures, or stunning designs. Join us to pick up a trick or two to use this Halloween!
• Wednesday, September 27: Red Carpet Ready Makeup - Red carpet ready makeup is about achieving a glamorous look. Learn some tricks to help you get camera ready for a special occasion.
