Dr. Art Langer is now a Columbia University professor and director of its Center for Technology Management, but he started out as a kid from The Bronx who received mentorship from a special teacher. Now, he pays it forward at his non-profit organization Workforce Opportunity Services by reaching out to people in underserved communities and veterans with job training opportunities. He talks to Lynda Lopez on The 880 Weekly Rewind about how to solve inequities in the labor market.
