Heather Horstmann joined WOS in September 2019 as a Client Service Manager, responsible for the management of all Long Island-based clients. She brings with her over fourteen years of supervisory experience working in the non-profit and human services sector.

Prior to joining WOS, Heather developed a VESID sponsored vocational training and competitive employment program for the Deaf. Prior to that, she was a Director of an OPWDD Article 16 Clinic serving the developmentally disabled population in the metropolitan New York area. In this role, she was responsible for operations, compliance, and supervision of on and offsite clinicians, independent contractors, case coordinators, and accounting staff.

Heather earned her Master of Arts from New York University and Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
