Make-up artist Lisa Leveridge has been a Make-Up Designory (MUD) instructor for eight years. She began her teaching career at the Los Angeles Campus and taught at the New York Campus before joining the faculty at MUD Partner School Summit Salon Academy in Tampa, Florida. Lisa brings extensive expertise in television, fashion, advertising and print editorial work to every student.
Her credits include: Real Time with Bill Maher (HBO), American Idol (ABC), Dancing with the Stars (ABC), fashion shows for Betsey Johnson and work with celebrities like Sarah Jessica Parker, Tom Hanks, Chris Rock, Alec Baldwin, Cindy Crawford and Sir Ian McKellen, to name a few. She was also the personal make-up artist for Jenny McCarthy, Carmen Electra and Brooke Burns at different points.
Lisa specializes in Beauty, Avant Garde, Body Make-Up, Airbrushing and Hair Styling and stresses the importance of working quickly and staying on schedule. There’s nothing she loves more than watching an inspired student improve. She says, “I’m excited to work at a MUD Partner School so I can use my experience to help students see their potential. There are many job opportunities — from production companies, photographers and fashion — right here in Tampa that students might never have approached without MUD training and guidance.”
