Mark Samuels joined the WOS team in June 2020 as Managed Service Operations Director responsible for managing the WOS Veteran’s program in Dallas, TX. Mark retired from the United States Marine Corps in June 1998 after 22.5 years of active service as Master Sergeant.
He was previously the IT Manager for Cook Children's Healthcare Systems Service Desk. He brings extensive Healthcare, Service Desk and Helpdesk Operations experience to the WOS team.
