This is a consultancy role with the potential to hire. Our partner is a data management industry expert with extensive experience in master data management and data warehousing. Their aspiration is to build innovative software tools that will solve significant data management problems for "Data-Centric" organizations.

Program Overview:

We are seeking candidates that have a strong foundation in programming, with excellent oral and written communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related study is preferred.

Candidate Profile:

  • EARLY CAREER Individual with the following:
    • JAVA Development Skills
    • A college degree (in Computer Science or STEM-related disciplines)
    • A knowledge of programming (e.g. Full Stack Development Credentials)
    • A general knowledge/interest of Data Management is a plus
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Immediate start date
  • MUST have reliable computer with internet access.

  • Manage and maintain the product backlog of features, engineering, and quality aspects for engineering teams
  • Prioritize complex features across multiple areas of expertise considering quality, resiliency, and delivery timeline trade-offs
  • Work closely with engineering teams clarifying requirements and ensuring delivery provides value to customers
  • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with UX designers, Product Managers providing feedback on suggested designs and requirements


  • A college degree (in Computer Science or STEM-related disciplines)
  • Knowledge of Core JAVA and related technologies
  • Understanding of the following:
    • JavaScript and JavaScript-based framework
    • Databases (Relational & no-SQL like Mongo DB)
    • Unit testing (Junit etc)
    • AngularJS, VueJS, ReactJS
    • AWS, Machine Learning will be an added advantage
  • Proven decision-making skills supported by data, user understanding, and intellect
  • Demonstrated ability to solve large complex problems
  • Proven ability to handle multiple, fast-moving creative projects and have the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment


  • $20.00/Hour (Plus Benefits)


  • Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • On Call status on a rotating schedule (Sun-Fri)


  • Work is Remote
  • Will be expected to commute to the office in Princeton, NJ as needed
