WOS is seeking an experienced, passionate, results driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and help us continue to grow our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy that turns leads and prospects into clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Finding prospects and leads
  • Learning details about our service offerings and products
  • Understanding all prospect needs, problems and requirements
  • Explaining how our solutions align with client needs and pain points
  • Meeting with potential clients and act as their consultant
  • Identifying buyer profiles
  • Recruiting, hiring and training new sales team
  • Investigate and qualify leads
  • Consult and integrate with marketing
  • Identify sales KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Use up-to-date best practices

In your first 45 days you will:

  • Build sales pipelines and market plans to drive sales revenue
  • Provide consultative expertise and support as well as participate in client engagements of varying complexity
  • Analyze new trends and opportunities within the industry to develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and competitors to strategically position WOS offerings

What you bring to the Team

  • 15+ years as a sales executive or similar role
  • 10+ years’ experience in advanced selling, including qualifying prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, conceptual selling, issue-based selling, consultative selling, negotiation and contracts (closing)
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, identifying and closing enterprise sales opportunities
  • Proven success using telemarketing and digital marketing to create awareness
  • Great command of MS office, CRM and BRM tools
  • Ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and flexible work style. You work well with others
  • Exhibit leadership and work effectively within a performance and goal driven environment
  • Master of time management and balance of multiple projects and tasks
  • Effective communicator both written and speaking
  • Strong listener
  • Undergraduate college degree (Master’s degree preferred)
